Patagonia Worn Wear Programme

The Patagonia Worn Wear Tour!

The Patagonia repair team offers no-cost repair of clothing of any brand.

Repairs are on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

Increasing the useful life of our clothing through care and repair is the most important contribution we can make in reducing our effect on the planet because then we need to purchase fewer new items and can avoid the CO2 emissions, waste, and waste water associated with their production. The British organisation WRAP determined that whoever uses their clothing only nine months longer lowers their CO2, water, and waste footprint about 20 to 30 percent simply because less is produced and less is thrown away.

The Patagonia Worn Wear Program began in 2013 in order to motivate people to care for their clothing and to repair it when necessary. Worn Wear’s objective is that clothing (regardless of manufacturer) be used as long as possible. When replacement is necessary, Patagonia recommends that the consumer invest in a durable product. That is why Patagonia makes high-quality and functional products and provides a lifetime guaranty.
