And because carbon steel is lighter than cast iron, it heats up faster and heats incredibly evenly so you’ll get a perfect sear every time. Use it on the grill, with a camp stove or bring it in the kitchen; it’s safe for all cooktops (including induction) and is oven safe up to 660˚F/350˚C. Bonus: This pan has a removable handle that detaches for direct heat cooking and reverses for easy packing and storage. Hand wash.
