IDEA UP size 16.0-18.5 is the first ski boot able to grow along with your child. Through the patented "6 in 1" device the size of the boot can be easily adjusted. This model covers European sizes from 24 to 29, equivalent to the age range between 2 and 5 years.

The IDEA UP 16.0 - 18.5 ski boot model covers European sizes from number 24 to number 29 and is therefore ideal for children between 2 and 5 years.

IDEA is the extensible ski boot that grows with your child. IDEA is just about to meet a market demand: solving the problem of ski boots too expensive, that families are forced to buy every season. IDEA, thanks to its 6-in-1 patented system, grows with your child's foot, up to 6 sizes for each model! The IDEA ski boot does not just stretch, but also has height (Height G.C.) and width (Width G.C.) adjustment devices of the leg which allow it to fit perfectly to the foot size.

The new Roces IDEA has a contemporary, sporty and aggressive design, but above all it has a Azalea range of colors to match everybody's tastes! This model is available in the White/Red/Black, Black/Lime, White/Blue/Black, White/Pink, White/Blue variants.

The IDEA ski boot has been further refined at the technical level by introducing a Self-positioning Liner Tongue, a Self-settling Shell wrap that completely wraps the hull, which makes IDEA more resistant to water infiltration, a Slow Memory Recovery Foam that enhances the skier's comfort in any situation.

The Roces IDEA 6-in-1 built-in system also allows to lower inventory costs, as only 3 models cover up to 18 MP sizes.

LENGTH GROWTH COMPENSATOR

The "6 in 1" system is unbelievably easy to use: to select the right length you just need to rotate the lever placed on the lower part of the boot (close to the heel) to the chosen size:

1. Open the buckles of your boot;
2. Rotate the lever to reach the desired size;
3. Close the lever to the proper peg.

The staple feature of IDEA's liner is a unique adjusting system. Unlike any other system today the bellows allow real growth of the liner allowing for the natural development of the foot. The Liner Bellows System (LBS) has been devised to avoid any uncomfortable pressure through all parts of the foot. The bellows (LBS) system allows the liner and shell to work in tandem to produce a fit that is accurate, comfortable and warm.

In fact the natural/resting position of the liner is with the bellows extended to the largest size (PIC. A), while shortening the shell makes the bellows compress (PIC. B) into smaller sizes. It is easy to see that it is not the foot that makes the liner grow, but the shell itself.
