Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops invites you to a surreal tour inspired by the Nike ACG Spring 21 collection, an immersive experience presenting an innovative solution to explore the outdoors in today’s context of social distancing and travel restrictions. The inspiration and virtual location of the experience, Crater Lake is one of the deepest lakes in the world and holds much within its surface.
To create “the ACG Platform for the Digital Explorer” Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops partnered with PLAYLAB, INC. for the creation of the artistic and narrative direction. A Los Angeles-based creative studio founded in 2009 that creates experiences for brands, organizations and human beings. With no particular focus, they work in a diverse range of disciplines to bring a wide variety of projects to life: brands, fashion shows, campaigns, retail environments, installations, books, websites, companies, architecture and a lot more.
The architecture and space were created by Adrian Bolog, a London-based architect and artist. Adrian expertly designs and translates artistic vision to 3D and code, creating a new type of realistic space that is purely digital.
The 3D garment appearing throughout the platform and in the product pages were created by Rendooo, a Barcelona-based multidisciplinary design studio dedicated to innovative technologies in fashion. Designing 3D garments and accessories, virtual avatars, AI and advanced simulations to create new sustainable fashion processes.
For this first collection of the new year, the ACG team trusted their instincts and stayed true to the layering system that we know and love. Returning favorites like the Misery Ridge jacket and Wolf Tree pullover get a fresh color palette, while turning the Rope de Dope into a vest and lowered the Mountain Fly GORE-TEX shoe. And just wait until you see the new additions to the ACG lineage, like the Wizard Island hoodie.
