The Atlantic Salmon Trust at the EWF Show

EWF Extras 2026

The Atlantic Salmon Trust is once again delighted to announce that we will be at this year’s EWF show. Our favourite show of the year and we are really looking forward to meeting up with friends old and new.

This year we will bring updates on our project work, 2025 really was an extremely busy year and we will have copies of our Annual Review to hand out on the stand.

There were new projects launched last year, Project White Hart a collaborative project involving working with local stakeholders, communities, businesses, and funders in Hampshire with a mission to save our precious chalk stream salmon from becoming extinct.

And with new catchment projects just about to be announced we can give you first-hand information on the new plans for the year ahead.

The exciting part of being at the EWF this year is that we will be once again sharing our stand with Erin and Alex from the amazing "Shetiesflies." all the way from the USA. It was such an honour to watch the guys in action last year tying some incredible flies and really looking forward to seeing this year's creations!

As if that wasn't enough, we are also incredibly lucky to have Charles Jardine joining us on our stand too. Charles is such an amazing man with so many stories to tell I'm sure we will all be kept well entertained.

Charles will be painting on the stand and we have kindly asked him if he would paint a salmon - really looking forward to seeing what Charles creates, please pop by for a chat and a chance to potentially bid for the final artwork.

If previous years are anything to go by then we are all in for an action-packed fun weekend at the show. Please do come and say hello at the stand in the Tenne and find out more about our work - we look forward to that.
