EWF - THE Gathering of the European Fly Fishing Community!

With an impressive and passionate performance at the 21st EWF, Charles Jardine announced his retirement from the international fly fishing scene. Exhibitors, visitors and guests from more than 25 countries had the opportunity this weekend to experience this extraordinary talent first-hand: his entertaining casting demos at the casting pool, his masterful fly tying and his skilful art at the Atlantic Salmon Trust stand. His versatility and extraordinary passion make him one of the defining figures in the world of fly fishing.

Once again, exhibitors and special guests have made the EWF a meeting place centred on learning and gathering information, trying things out and shopping, having fun and catching up with friends. In glorious weather, beer and apple spritzers flowed freely, whilst the aroma of pizza and bratwurst rolls wafted over from one of the beer gardens, perfectly rounding off the experience at this outstanding fly fishing event.
