Stefan Baur has already presented his food-basket-concept twice at the EWF, having dedicated many years to the production of food-baskets for flowing waters and achieving great success.
This year, he will be offering workshops and clear visualisations to explain the production of food-baskets for flowing waters, detailing how to anchor the baskets, which size to choose, and at what intervals and locations to place them. All of this is, of course, dependent on the specific watercourse and must be considered individually, something Stefan aims to raise awareness of.
This topic is not only important for water managers, water wardens, fishing clubs, and biologists, but will also be presented to EWF visitors and other interested parties.
In addition to the feeding baskets and scientific analysis, renaturation and revitalization are also prominent themes. Stefan will provide more detailed information on calculating biomass and the application of the necessary specialised equipment. He will demonstrate this using actual equipment.
Stefan Baur has not yet revealed the highlight of the exhibition. He is therefore looking forward to seeing many new and familiar faces at his booth S 28 in the Stadtsaal!
