Feeling Line, Water, and the Moment
Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of fly fishing with Thibaut Giband. With great passion and experience, he demonstrates how to use fly lines correctly and which line makes the decisive difference in each situation. This is about more than just technique – it’s about the harmony between line, rod, water, and feel.

A special focus is placed on the different head lengths and their influence on casting style, presentation, and control. Whether short heads for precise work in tight spaces, medium heads for versatile techniques, or long heads for long casts on open waters, Thibaut clearly explains which techniques shine in which types of water.

His demonstration is lively, hands-on, and experienced directly at the casting pool. Every movement and every cast are clearly explained and immediately put into practice. This creates real “aha” moments where knowledge is not just taught, but truly felt.

Whether you are new to fly fishing or looking to refine your skills, all participants leave with inspiration, renewed confidence in their technique, valuable insights—and above all, the excitement to put what they’ve learned into action on their very next cast.
