• Back Order Policy

We try our best to keep in stock every Quai and enough colors for our loyal customers. If it happens that a “replica” product is out of stock, we will place it on back-order and e-mail you for back-order approval immediately. We will email you asking if you like to wait for the bag to be finished at our manufacturer which takes 15- 20 days , exchange, other color , different Quai or a REFUND.
