We prepare and dispatch our orders on working days only. We do not prepare or ship any parcels during the weekend, local or national bank holidays in Madrid and Barcelona.
If you place an order on a Friday, it will likely be sent on Monday afternoon as we don't prepare or dispatch orders during the weekend.
