In 2008, the provocative and revolutionary Rick Owens presented DRKSHDW, an apparel and footwear line focused on sports where hoodies, bombers, patterned t-shorts, cargo pants and vegan shoes are the protagonists. Rick Owens’s signature is found through the use of black as the main colour and of health gothic and glamourous grunge references. His aesthetics took him to collaboration with brands such as adidas, Birkenstock. He also has his own furniture line and even a burger in his name.
