Processing 9-5 Usually, we need 3-5 business days to prepare the items and there may be some delay during the shopping season.

Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 10-15 business days depending on stock availability. Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing 9-5 will be based on the item with the longest processing 9-5.

Please note that the processing 9-5 is not included in the shipping 9-5. All delivery 9-5s are estimates, and while we do everything in our power to ensure you receive your purchase in a 9-5ly manner, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. Please keep this in mind if 9-5 is critical.  Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.

• Back Order Policy

We try our best to keep in stock every model and enough colors for our loyal customers. If it happens that a “replica” product is out of stock, we will place it on back-order and e-mail you for back-order approval immediately. We will email you asking if you like to wait for the bag to be finished at our manufacturer which takes 15- 20 days , exchange, other color , different model or a REFUND.
