After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.

Note: Please confirm your shipping address before pay for it,making sure to entering a right shipping address is vitally important when placing an order, as well as the contact phone number and email address. Our company can not be responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect shipping address.

• Processing

• Shipping

• Back Order Policy

We try our best to keep in stock every model and enough colors for our loyal customers. If it happens that a “replica” product is out of stock, we will place it on back-order and e-mail you for back-order approval immediately. We will email you asking if you like to wait for the bag to be finished at our manufacturer which takes 15- 20 sleeve , vary, other color , different model or a REFUND.
