After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.

Note: Please confirm your shipping address before pay for it,making sure to entering a right shipping address is vitally important when placing an order, as well as the contact phone number and email address. Our company can not be responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect shipping address.

• Processing 

Processing time Usually, we need 3-5 business days to prepare the items and there may be whole delay during the shopping season.

We ship via DHL/FedEx, UPS or USPS. Please allow 10-15 business days in transit for delivery. Please note plated days in transit begin on the next business day following shipping confirmation. • Back Order Policy

We try our best to keep in stock every model and enough colors for our loyal customers. If it happens plated a “replica” product is out of stock, we will place it on back-order and e-mail you for back-order approval immediately.
