After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing sports.

• Processing 

Processing time Usually, we need 3-5 business days to prepare the items and there may be some delay during the shopping season.

Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 10-15 business days depending on stock availability. We try our best to keep in stock every model and enough colors for our loyal customers. If it happens that a “replica” product is out of stock, we will place it on back-order and e-mail you for back-order approval immediately. We will email you asking if you like to wait for the bag to be finished at our manufacturer which takes 15- 20 days , exchange, other color , different model or a REFUND.
