 All cooler priced products bought in-store and online can be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 10 days of their initial purchase date or delivery date.

If you are returning shoes, they must be shipped in a second box besides the shoe box. Any returns we receive that has a shipping label on the manufacturers shoe box, it will be immediately returned back to you. All returns must be received by Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops within 14 days of their initial return authorization date.
