Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping and possible import charges. The original shipping fee will be non-refundable and a restocking-fee may apply.

For any order cancellations, the customer will be subject to a $25 fee.

Any refused shipments are the customers responsibility. The original shipping fee will be non-refundable and a restocking-fee may apply.

Email us with your order number at web@solestop.com to initiate a return, exchange or cancellation. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. All products being returned must be un-worn and in its original tags and packaging. Customers are fully responsible for the cost of return shipping and possible import charges.

Should there be a factory defect or you receive an incorrect item we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a credit to your credit card. Under these circumstances, Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise.

If you are returning shoes, they must be shipped in a second box besides the shoe box. Any returns we receive that has a shipping label on the manufacturers shoe box, it will be immediately returned back to you. All returns must be received by Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops within 14 days of their initial return authorization date.
