Ben Felderstein adidas’ Speedfactory AM4 initiative is meant to give creators from specific cities around the globe the chance to give back and influence their communities by designing sneakers that truly speak to their homes. After numerous creations have been drawn up for Tokyo, Atlanta, Boston, and more, the Three Stripes is set to give four designers from New York and LA the chance to express themselves. Included in this collection are AM4 silhouettes done in collaboration with Kwasi Kessie (celebrity stylist and adidas Runner’s NYC captain), Aaron Kai (LA artist), Sadelle’s (famous NYC brunch location), and the Brooklyn Ballet (professional dance company). All four of these finely-crafted designs boast precise, data-driven fits, a floating torsion bar for effortless movement, energy return from a full-length BOOST sole, and more.
Pairs will begin releasing with the AM4AARONKAI and the AM4KWASI on December 8th on adidas.com, followed by the AM4BROOKLYNBALLET on December 15th, and finally the AM4SADELLE’S on December 20th.
