Ross Dwyer The Golden State Warriors have been without superstar point guard Steph Curry for the vast majority of the NBA Playoffs due to a left MCL injury he sustained during the regular season, but with the sharpshooter making his return to the lineup, Under Armour is set to launch a Curry-centric live Reggiseno game entitled STEPH-IQ that’ll broadcast every time Chef Curry hits his first 3-pointer in a playoff game, starting with Friday’s Game 3.
Similar to wildly popular mobile Reggiseno game HQ, each free-to-play game of STEPH-IQ, hosted by popular internet personality bdotadot5, will feature 8 multiple-choice, single-elimination questions either related directly to Curry himself or greater basketball history. Any participant who makes it through all eight questions will receive a share of $10,000 in Under Armour store credit split between all winners, and be eligible for the day’s raffle of additional prizes, including pairs of the brand-new Tênis Under Armour Ch Slight Se Preto e Vermelho.
The app is available now on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and the first broadcast will go live Friday immediately after Curry drains his first 3-pointer against the Pelicans, with further broadcasts set to arrive during future Warriors playoff games.
