Asics Sabates Running Gel Nimbus 21 Platinum | Hello Kitty x zapatillas de running ASICS gore-tex – September ’09

Asics has been working overtime lately coming up with colorway after colorway of the zapatillas de running ASICS gore-tex and now they have brought in some outside inspiration to further expand the design possibilities. Asics has teamed up with Sanrio to create two different Hello Kitty-inspired Gel Lyte III models to be Pinkd later this fall in women’s sizes. One version uses a red upper with a white toe box and mid panel that feature an all-over Hello Kitty print. The shoe also sports a red and white midsole with an additional Hello Kitty pattern on the red heel panel. The other colorway is black and gold with a special “bling” Hello Kitty pattern gracing the toe box and heel section. This version also sports a solid black midsole and a red lining. Both pairs will come with a special collector’s shoe bag and will be available this September at the Sanrio online shop, as well as at their flagship stores in New York, San Francisco and Hawaii.
