Though a hiking shoe by design, the Salomon XT-4’s upcoming collaboration with MM6 Maison Margiela sees the sneaker stray quite a bit away from the trail. The diffusion label — often described as a more affordable sibling to the mainline — has simply chopped off the heels of the staple model, turning it from a navy of utility into a fashionable pair of mules. In addition to this, MM6 has also stamped the toe box with the number-heavy graphic found on the labels of their clothing.
Pictured in multiple colorways, the MM6 Maison Margiela x Salomon XT-4 is expected to release in time for Spring/Summer ’23. More details should be unveiled soon, so sit tight and stay tuned for updates.
