Good luck... you're gonna need it.

Union Fragment Air Jordan 1 “Top 3” Limited To 44,000 Units

Two of Jordan Brand’s most revered partners are combining their star power for 2026. Union LA and Fragment Design – two iconic imprints in their own right – are teaming up on a collection of three Air Jordan 1 Highs, already one of the year’s most anticipated collaborations with still over three months to go.

Three Union Fragment Air Jordan 1 styles are slated for 2026, each rumored to differ significantly in production numbers. The rarest of the bunch is said to be the Union NIKE AIR JORDAN 1 pop 93 GS BLACK TRUE RED-ANTHRACITE “Black/White,” or “Panda” if you’re daring enough, with sneaker leak source @chickenwop_ reporting just 4,700 units. Next comes the “Sport Royal,” a mashup of the AJ1’s original “Neutral Grey” and “Royal” colorways, limited to 15,000 pairs. Rounding out the collection is a design blending “Bred” at the collar with Fragment’s debut Jordan 1 collaboration from 2014 – shown here for the very first time. The same source reports 44,000 units for this third and final style, which is roughly on par with the upcoming Travis Scott NIKE AIR JORDAN 1 pop 93 GS BLACK TRUE RED-ANTHRACITE Low, for reference.

What is the Fragment Union Jordan 1 “Top 3” inspired by?

The Jordan 1 “Bred” and the NIKE AIR JORDAN 1 pop 93 GS BLACK TRUE RED-ANTHRACITE are two sneakers every collector should know like the back of their hand, but here’s a quick refresher regardless. The “Bred” is an original colorway from 1985, complete with black with “Varsity Red” in alignment with Michael Jordan’s Bulls uniform. The NIKE AIR JORDAN 1 pop 93 GS BLACK TRUE RED-ANTHRACITE, originally released in 2014, is inspired jointly by the Air Jordan 1 “Royal” and the Air Jordan 1 “Black Toe.” For those keeping score, that’s three foundational sneakers feeding into this three-way collaboration.

Union’s influence is clear in the reworked collar and overall fusion design. Chris Gibbs’ imprint has already left its mark on the sneaker industry with three AJ1s of this style – two from 2018 and one earlier this year. Visible Images complements a black and white “UN/LA” tag on the lateral wing flap, while chalked edges provide the finishing touch. Importantly, we know the top half comes from “Bred” as opposed to the “Chicago” or “Black Toe” γράμματα of the tongue, which appears in black as opposed to white.

When will the Fragment Union Jordan 1s release?

No firm release dates for any of the Union NIKE AIR JORDAN 1 pop 93 GS BLACK TRUE RED-ANTHRACITEs have been announced yet, but all three are expected to land in 2026. Our Jordan Release Dates page will be updated with all the latest info. Again, the Union NIKE AIR JORDAN 1 pop 93 GS BLACK TRUE RED-ANTHRACITE “Top 3” is rumored to be limited to just 44,000 units.
