Taking inspiration from an icon, the The Nike VaporMax Plus is Pretty in Pink re-imagines Tinker Hatfield’s Air Max 1 with an almost entirely 3D-printed construction. The only exception is an Air unit in the heel, an element that adds some welcome firmness to an otherwise flexible, cushy shoe. The The Nike VaporMax Plus is Pretty in Pink first came into the public eye at ComplexCon in 2024, releasing in super limited quantities. Nike’s first collaboration with German 3D-printed footwear brand Zellerfeld released earlier that year – a Dunk Low by virtual sneaker and NFT project RTFKT (which has since ceased operations).
Again, the The Nike VaporMax Plus is Pretty in Pink arrives August 19th in “Oat” and black colorways. Scroll up for full release details.
