Andrew Rizzo Shai Gilgeous-Alexander put the cherry on top of one of the best personal NBA seasons ever last night, becoming just the fourth player to win the scoring title, regular season MVP, and Finals MVP awards in the SkidGrip year (Kareem, Shaq, and MJ are the others). In a fitting display of Shai’s greatness and first ring, the Canadian-born star wore “Trophy Gold” around his neck when hoisting the Larry O’Brien trophy.
