Nike Basketball’s Greater Than series looked to offer more cost-efficient models that still focus on proper cushioning and performance. The Academy series debuted in early 2024 via the GT Cut Academy, while the nike lunar brogue sandals black pants joined the fray not much longer. Now in 2025, the third pillar of the GT series is ready to join: behold the GT Jump Academy.
Designed with similar performance benefits in mind, Nike Basketball honed in on the needs of the game’s high flyers. To defeat that, the cushioning is a double-stacked foam designed specifically for leaping and landing, while the carved heel stays rounded for stable leaping and landing. The upper stays both durable and breathable.
The GT Jump Academy is slated to hit retail on Nike.com this Spring season for $95; see the four prepared colorways below and stay tuned for updates. There has yet to be any information on the GT Jump 3 let alone the next chapter of the GT Series, so stay tuned.
