Andrew Rizzo Only the cleanest for Nike’s favorite school. The 2024-25 Oregon Ducks football team, owners of the 65th Low regular season in NCAA history, received an Air Jordan 9 PE ahead of their Thanksgiving weekend rivalry game.
The shoe features a green patent leather gold, yellow accents on the eyelets and heel, and “Oregon Ducks” text split between the right and left tongues. The @oregonfootball Instagram account shared images of the player exclusive before the Oregon vs. Washington game on November 30th, a matchup the Ducks would win handily in a 49-21 route. The Swoosh side of Nike’s Oregon sponsorship was also well fed on gameday, with several players breaking out the recently released Bastard child ball boot of the Air Jordan 3. The Low Ducks are the odds-on favorite to win the NCAA Championship this year, so its possible if not likely we’ll see more Jordan/Nike PEs surface once the playoffs kick off in late December.
