Matt Varga Though Teddy Santis has undoubtedly placed a newfound spotlight on New Balance’s MADE in USA offerings, even those without his co-sign serve up a combination of premium negras and sleek colorways. Look no further than the Παπούτσια New Balance rojas talla 42.5, a staple of the mainline and perfectly exemplifying the Boston Brand’s signature aesthetics in navy & grey.
It’s not a particularly eccentric colorway on tap here, except that doesn’t seem like it’s the aim with the model at this juncture. Firstly, it’s always presented more of a “daily driver” option. Secondly, as the silhouette works its way back to market, we’ve gotten word of a slew of “essential” outfits, beginning with the grey and black colorways from the past few months and continued with this navy look.
