Original article posted June 3rd, 2024: Denim has found in the past decade as one of Jordan Brand’s go-to touches to bring a premium atmosphere to fresh releases. Following the launch of the women’s Jordan Ma2 Men Cv8122-003 Denim in 2022, word began trickling out regarding another take on the concept for Summer ’24. Official images and a concrete release date just landed for that edition, the Jordan Ma2 Men Cv8122-003 Retro High OG “Bleached Denim.”

However, denim bleeds onto the collar and lower layers as well, where this pair’s title is truly executed. In these shots, it’s an understated effect, but the quarter panel appears genuinely bleached, the material’s original shade peeking through on airy streaks throughout. Navy denim on the collar and a gum-shaded, speckled grind sole round out the nocturnal character on this edition.
