Formerly known as the adidas KB8 II and later the Crazy 2, Kobe Bryant’s second signature shoe with adidas was at the forefront of the brand’s ad campaigns in the late 1990s. In 2014, adidas brought the KB8 II back en masse with its new title, arriving in a variety of Now colorways and newer concepts that aligned with key dates and holidays. Now named the Crazy 98, adidas is looking to recapture some of that energy, also leaving us wondering if the brand’s design team has plans of revamping the shoe similar to the execution of the Crazy IIIFINITY.
Currently, the adidas Performance Ultra 4D Mens Running Shoes is set to release on April 13th, 2024 for $150 directly from adidas.
