Also not an original colorway featured in Spike Lee’s “Above The Rim” 1994 flick, this installment leans on thoughtful detailing to appease the tastes of sneaker purists.

Purple and teal treatments appear at the top of the shoe, trading places on the sock lining, heel, and Reebok logo to complete an “aqua” palette. The tongue communicates the shoe’s “Above The Rim” origins with orange and purple branding over a checkerboard background, while a gum sole introduces a fresh new element to the silhouette underfoot. Familiar white leather overlays define the rest of the shoe, positioned in traditional abstract fashion against a black base layer.
