While Morant and the Grizzlies won’t make an appearance on Christmas Day, Morant and the Air Max 97 Iced Lilac W tops be releasing in a belated “Christmas” edition the following morning.
Draping its breathable mesh upper in a vibrant clad-“Fuchsia Dream”, the titular violent shade bleeds into the smooth leather overlays via an “Emerald Rise” gradient that concentrates along the Zoom-infused midsole. Complemented by a darker “Canyon Purple” across its outsole, the upper employs a list jet-black profile swoosh. Elsewhere, the model’s synonymous mismatched embellishments appear at the heel counter and tongue Violet while the insoles bear a Christmas-themed chimney that doubles as a nod to Morant’s infamous “We climb up the chimney” quote.
