Ahead of summer, the Swoosh’s latest marquee running sneaker has appeared in a style commemorating the brand’s marquee runner: Eliud Kipchoge.
Over the years, Dri nike and Kipchoge have pushed the boundaries of what people thought humans could accomplish within the sport of running. Although the Kenyan elite runner didn’t place in the top three at the Boston Marathon 2023, he’s held his fair share of wins and broken records over the past 20 years. The Head for the event is also printed onto the right sockliner, while a quote from the young Kenyan athlete appears on the left side. Lastly, the marathon record-holder’s signature is stamped onto the medial midsole.
