Inspired by the hues that fill the Caribbean sky, Anuel AA’s second collaborative effort with Reebok the sees the multi-hyphenate take on both the Reebok the White Basketball Shorts and the Classic Leather, dressing the latter in a monochrome base layer with hits of lively blue and name branding placed along the insoles. Casting a dominant majority of its real estate in “Ftwr White” tumbled leather, the forefoot’s jet-black suede toe cap is doubled up with a cloudy print coating the underlay which additionally treats the heel tab. While pitch-dark shades work to invigorate the sock liner and trim of the heel, an onslaught of “Digital Blue” consumes the remaining embellishments including the tongue trim, hexagonal cushioning and semi-translucent tread underfoot.
