Nearly 40 years later, the staple hues from his skyline photo have made their way onto the Air Jordan 1 Low OG PE Cranes, which releases this Saturday. Mimicking the sunset background atop the canvas overlays, light oranges and pinks placed along the mudguard begin to transition to a luminous set of purples and blues across the back half of the model. Contrasting the full-length gradient, a supple tumbled leather base layer dawns a crisp white introduction in tandem with the tongue combat whereas jet-black contrasts align across the laces, mid-foot Swoosh, upper collar and winged insignia. Finished by an aged “Sail” treated midsole, the specially crafted box mirrors the iconic photo with bright red branding in conclusion.
