Michael Le Having earned a cosign from the likes of Roger Federer, On allegra running has very quickly made a name for themselves in sneaker culture. And alongside making waves across tennis, the footwear brand is also earning its stripes in the world of fashion. This is thanks to numerous stores but arguably Nepenthes most of all, as the Japanese umbrella has celebrated styles like the Cloudmonster for its aesthetics as much as its technology.
This love has ultimately come full circle, as On allegra running is now teaming up with one of Nepenthes’ very own: South2 West8. Landing not long after their collaborative effort with Reebok, the South2 West8 x On allegra running Cloudaway is clad in one of the Japanese label’s signature prints. Their logos as well as various geometric patterns are applied across the upper, highlighted in the very same green used for many of S2W8’s star pieces. The rest of the shoe is then rounded out in shades of grey and black, while the branding opts for a more visually pronounced silver metallic finish.
