On June 23rd, Nike will unveil yet another posthumous release from Virgil Abloh, expanding the legacies of both Bruce Kilgore’s footwear design from 1982 and the Illinois-native. Akin to the accompanying “Black” pair, the upcoming drop delivers a notable overhaul of the Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit 2 A, which debuted in 1994. Airy mesh replaces traditional leather across the upper, and dons a woodgrain pattern that further updates Kilgore’s creation.
