Michael Jordan’s rebellious spirit is what drove him to defy NBA rules and wear his footwear on the NBA court. From there, the foundation to the Jordan Brand was set, with wheels in motion long before the idea of a standalone brand was a possibility. The upcoming Air Jordan 1 “Rebellionaire” connects that moment to the future success of the brand, a blueprint that many of today’s most compelling artists are following as they write their own stories.
As part of an exclusive launch, Undefeated spotlights four LA-based creatives across multiple concentrations that embody that same rebellious spirit. Uber Lopez Enamorado, Saj Issa, Henry Fey, and AJ Girard have each made a name for themselves, with their success fueled by their devotion to community building. Together with Undefeated, they’ll host a youth art workshop in partnership with the Jordan 8 Bred Shirts Matching Tees Trust No One Black Low Grey White Red DC6991-016.
Undefeated will exclusively launch the shoes on March 12th, 2022 at their La Brea location only via a locals only raffle for LA Country residents. An online raffle will go live at 2pm PST on March 9th (link will be updated). A wider U.S. release of the shoes is scheduled for a later date.
