Abandoning any hot rod flames and purple and gold likely shoes by the Los Angeles Lakers (Tyronn Lue in particular), the latest take on Iverson’s fourth signature sneaker indulges in a mostly-black arrangement. Detailing at the toe, along the profiles and around the heel deviate from the dark base in either a “Terracotta”-reminiscent brown or rich yellow. The lockdown strap and zipper forgo any touch of flair for a tonal scheme that allows the aforementioned components to rebel that much more in the spotlight. Underfoot, the stability plate at the center of the outsole works in tandem with the DMX-cushioning window right underneath the heel to further bring some personality to Reebok‘s understated proposition.
