The case of the missing shipment has been solved, and it’s been located in Hawkins, Indiana. Nike has teamed up with mega-hit Netflix series Stranger Things, the sci-fi saga that follows a group of adventurous youths who mistakenly stumbled upon a massive government cover-up that involved enhanced humans, alternate universes, and creepy monsters. With the scene now set in the summer of 1985, the group is on the cusp of high-school and now have to deal with the trials and tribulations of puberty, romance, and friendship, but the looming danger of the “Upside Down” ensures that the gang stays glued together.

Prior to the season 3 debut on July 4th, Nike will release a special capsule of footwear and apparel in two chapters – one that represents the Hawkins High School colors and tiger mascot, and a second that reflects the mid-summer holidays and the fireworks in the backdrop. Three era-specific mainstays in the Cortez, Blazer, and Tailwind are featured in two distinct color themes; the Hawkins High Pack is highlighted by green and orange with school patches adorning the uppers of the Blazer, while the “OG Pack” takes on a All-American approach with “1985” placed on the heels and firework display sockliners. Complementary sweats will also be released alongside each set, created in mid-80s phys-ed class style.

The Stranger Things x Nike collection will first release on June 27th in the “Hawkins High School” colorway, and again on July 1st in the “OG Pack” style. Unfortunately, Barb has still not been found.
