Following a prideful nod to the city’s many palm trees, the Beaverton brand is set to refresh the Air Max 2 Light in a Dolphins inspired tooling. Retro in all facets of its visage — further emphasized in its 90s assortment of hues — the jagged panels of the 2019 starring model don the signature arrangement of blue and orange. While both the overlays and midsole exhibit a stark, contrasting white, the air bubble and interweaved mesh complete a much brighter overall palette. Releasing alongside a deep breadth of forthcoming colorways, the Air Max 2 Light “Dolphins” will hit select retailers January 18th, 2019.
