John Kim There are several components to a sneaker collaboration that makes it unforgettable. Obviously, it starts with the shoe. It must be designed properly, but with enough irreverence and chance-taking that no other brand/shop/artist would think of, and the storytelling must not only be engaging, but also authentic. The fellas at Concepts have mastered this technique with their drops over the last decade, but none trumps their infamous Lobster Dunks that not only honored the SB Dunk, but gave their hometown some worthy attention. This Fall, they’ll be reviving the epic Lobster design concept with the Nike Zoom GT Run in a green colorway. These were originally spotted on the feet of Jayson Tatum during the season, but Concepts confirms that this collaboration will indeed be available soon. Deon Point just revealed this beauty shot of the shoes, so perhaps the release is sooner than we all think.
