Nike Basketball is celebrating Team USA’s Olympic Gold Medal hopes with the upcoming Nike USA Gold Swoosh Pack, slated to arrive at retailers on August 22nd. Comprised of the Kyrie 2, the KD 9, and the Vintage Y2K Nike Red Golf Cap Hat, each silhouette gets a premium overhaul for this quickstrike release featuring Metallic Gold accents on the branding and eyelets in honor of Team USA’s quest for yet another Gold Medal at the international level.
Nike Basketball smartly gives each of these models either a red, white, or blue theme with the Joggers rojos de polar con logo de Nike Plus’s premium Flyknit draped in an ominous Obsidian base. This particular color choice works beautifully Nsw paired with a University Red lining, Metallic Gold branding, and an icy outsole to match Team USA’s road uniforms. The nike nike swoosh is perhaps the boldest take of the trio thanks to a “Red October” like aesthetic that sees a premium snare and fuse base drenched in University Red while Metallic Gold briefly interrupts the all-red-everything motif on the branding and eyelets. The Air Force 1 montan un upper en blanco con el print del esqueleto stands out thanks to gold speckling throughout a clean white base while icy bottom adds the perfect finish to the understated offering. Interestingly enough, the KD 9 and Vintage Y2K Nike Red Golf Cap Hat each feature bold ‘USA’ callouts while the Kyrie 2 is absent of any American abbreviation.
