Last year’s Future Sole 2009 winner Austin Jermacans saw his Jordan Melo M6 design be produced, released, and worn by Carmelo Anthony during an NBA game and by the Syracuse Orangemen in the 2010 NCAA March Madness Tournament. Carmelo’s embraced the Jordan Brand Future Sole competition and credits the young designers for their outstanding design, pointing to the moment during which he will wear the shoes in a game as “their moment”.
