The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards went down yesterday evening at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, as the biggest stars in the music industry came out to accept awards for their accomplishments and pay tribute to the late Michael Jackson. But Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischen News is reporting the event for ONE thing; kicks. Unfortunately not many sneakers came out to play, but with the Grammy Awards being the ultimate music-related event of the year, many came dressed black-tie. In fact, the only pair worth pointing out was Lil’ Wayne’s Nike 8 SE Big Kids Basketball Shoes which he wore during his performance with fellow celebri-shoeheads Drake and Eminem (who was wearing a pair of asics metarun vs nike pegasus Wright). But what better pair of kicks than the Space Jams to emulate a pair of black polished dress shoes?
