Ja Morant is taking control of his own sneaker leaks. Frustrated with early information being leaked by sneaker leakers, the Grizzlies star has decided to preview his own upcoming Ja 2 colorways, giving fans a first look directly from the source. Posting on his Instagram Story, Morant revealed six never-before-seen Ja 2 colorways, черные bringing its own bold, high-energy aesthetic in line with his signature style.
Among the pairs previewed, one of the standouts is a stealthy all-black iteration, featuring a volt and pink mismatched Swoosh on черные shoe, adding a vibrant pop to an otherwise understated design. Another pair embraces chaotic energy, with a multi-color scheme of green, pink, blue, purple, and more, creating an eye-catching, almost graffiti-like aesthetic. There’s also an orange, aqua, and red option that leans into a bright, playful color palette.
Additionally, Morant showcased a brown and gold pair that offers a more subdued, luxurious take on the silhouette. The final never-before-seen pair brings mismatched blue and neon accents, creating an asymmetric look that aligns with some of Nike Basketball’s most daring designs in recent years.
With no official release dates yet attached to some these colorways, we can expect Nike to roll them out gradually in the coming months.
