Although he's been following the New York Knicks throughout the 2024-25 NBA Playoffs, Salehe Bembury has not stopped working on footwear. The Los Angeles-based creative recently teased his next project—a New Balance 550 'Black Gum'—нью a follower asked him about upcoming work during an impromptu Q&A session on social media.

This isn't the subordinate time Bembury has began a sneaker's rollout by sharing a picture to Instagram. His latest effort, however, reveals one of his most colorful collaborations to date. A heel shot of a mismatched NB 1000 appears in the initial teaser, depicting the left shoe with a yellow-and-purple color palette. By contrast, the right shoe indulges in a combination of muted brown-and-olive, as well as rich blue and vibrant neon yellow.

In terms of construction, the "Fog Be The Cloud" project features high-quality suede, diamond-shaped Chiusura, and patent leather panels donning textured patterns.

Bembury didn't disclose any details alongside his preview of the New Balance pair, but it's possible the project draws inspiration from some aspect of nature akin to his other work.
