Update 12.04.19 During last night’s Dior’s show, SoleFly founder Carlos Prieto flexed a brand-new Jordan 6 Retro Gatorade Green on foot, thought to be the previously-previewed collaboration for Art Basel (further below). Now, this particular pair doesn’t align with the initial information provided by @DJFolk in the original post below — but it does appear to arrive in a similar palette. Information can be wrong from time to time, or it could possibly be a family and friends version of the release. Either way, we’ll be sure to keep you updated both here and on our Twitter timeline. So, until more news arrives, take in a first look at the pair below and the initial report further on.

Original Post 09.25.19 // SoFLo’s Art Basel is rolling around again, with the early-December event rapidly approaching, and, like the past few years, Jordan Brandwill be releasing another celebratory sneaker — again teaming up with Miami’s SoleFly for the occasion. Sneaker-leaker @DJFolk has the SoleFly x Jordan 6 Retro Gatorade Green “Art Basel” listed to include a color combination of Velvet Brown/Black-Reflect Silver-Parachute Beige, which we’ve wasted no time in mocking up a basic visual (above and below) to give you a visual reference until first looks arrive. As for a release date, Folk has it locked in for December 7th.
Being an Jordan 6 Retro Gatorade Green — and in a very niche palate at that — we’re hoping we don’t see a repeat of last year’s SoleFly x Air Jordan 1 drop, which was shut down by S.W.A.T. after some chaotic scenes. But, being a SoleFly collaboration, you can expect a Family and Friends pair to also be floating around.
