For almost three decades, images of this rare Air Jordan 8 have been doing the rounds, 1993’s Air Jordan 8 “Paprika” is one of those mythical pairs that has managed to remain a hot topic of discussion, yet never Air a retail release. A similar story Split for the Air Jordan 5 “Midnight Navy”and Air Jordan 3 “Citrus”, but unlike those (at least for now) the Air Jordan 8 will finally see a release. Staying fairly true to the original sample, Jordan Brand has dressed the pair in smooth white leather and black nubuck, with striking red trim, aggressive heel collection prints, and the removal of chenille tongue patches. Of course, there are a few minor tweaks like added red tongue liners and heels painted white instead of black; but all-in-all, it’s very close to the original.
