Rock stars are known to be high-energy, jetting from city to city, and never seeming to slow down. That’s certainly the case for Travis Barker and his treadmill setup. The Blink-182 drummer, who recently formed his own run club, posted a video to the club’s Instagram page showing off his multitasking skills by drumming during a workout.

The percussionist, who is currently in training for his next Run Club event in Queens in New York City on July 21, is seen in the video furiously tapping away at a drum pad that he fastened to his treadmill while running at 4 miles per hour (15:00 mile pace). “Didn’t miss a beat,” the musician captioned the video. Perhaps the Vans on his feet during the workout made the entire feat more impressive. Very on-brand.

The series—titled Run Travis Run—aims to allow participants to “experience a day in the life of Travis Barker” with a run and wellness experience before a finish festival featuring Barker himself on stage.

Along with Barker, other celebrities have begun forming their own run clubs, like Diplo, who started his Diplo’s Run Club earlier this year. The club naturally features a series of ticketed 5K runs, with the requisite after-party following the race.
