Few designers are able to create as relevant of a social dialogue through clothing as Miuccia Prada. Each season, Mrs. Prada creates conversation and a discussion. One that begins with the collection sent down the runway. It was no different this season at Miu Miu Fall 2025, which explores our ever-changing world and the complex beauty and fashion standards that lie within it.
What does it mean to be a female in today’s world?
An Exploration of Femininity
It’s that exact question that is explored throughout the collection, beginning with the ready-to-wear. Clothing offers a nice juxtaposition of inherently feminine codes, like crystal brooches, bullet bras, and satin dresses, with more masculine ones, like strong tailoring. Overall, the ready-to-wear plays with shape and form. It is a celebration of femininity.
The Bags of Miu Miu Fall 2025
Bags, too, feel feminine, with some offering a more utilitarian touch. Form meets function. Top-handle lady bags are worn in the crook of the arm, while Matelassé mini bags reinvigorate one of Miu Miu’s most storied House codes, seen alongside the fan-favorite Beau bag.
The bags are easy but chic. There is a hint of refinement present throughout—a pared-back simplicity that wasn’t present before. The palette is mostly neutral, though patents and animal skins add a bit of солнцезащитные. Discover more from the runway below.
